Smash Bros. Falls to Yellow Jackets

The Shawnee State Bears Smash Bros. faced off against Baldwin Wallace University in a very close back and forth series. Unfortunately for the bears it ended in a 1-2, loss in the favor of Baldwin Wallace.

The first victory for the night came from Gabe Stiles (gamertag: Flantasy) taking out Baldwin Wallace's first player with his cloud. The Bears proceeded to win this match 5-0. Micheal Clark (gamertag: Smooglegad) took the most stocks off Baldwin Wallace in the first match.

The second match was a rougher start for the Bears as Baldwin Wallace's lead took ten of the Bears stocks. Clark shut him down and once again took the most stocks, but it was not enough, and they lost this match 0-7.

In match three the Bears did a lot better at keeping pace with Baldwin Wallace. Trading blow for blow unfortunately they couldn't keep pace and lost this match, 0-4 and losing series 1-2. Ethan Knouff (gamertag: Strakh) got the play of the match with his Samus. Once again, Clark took the most stocks.

With this loss the bears fall to 1-2 in the NACE season. Their next match is this Thursday September 28th at 7PM EST against Davenport University.
