
SSU men's golf remains 10th following Day 2 of RSC Championships
The men's golf program at Shawnee State holds 10th following the second day of the three-day River States Conference Championships, which was held at The Resort at Glade Springs Golf Course in Daniels, W. Va. Monday evening.
Kyle Salamon and Ross Ferrell led the Bears on Day 2, as Salamon's three-over 75 allowed the freshman to make the third-largest jump in the field in terms of positioning. Salamon is tied for 33rd overall on the leaderboard. Ferrell, who shot a seven-over 79, sits 40th following the second round.
Tanner Stevenson's 46th place highlights the main trio of golfers in the field for the Bears.
The Bears will be back in action Monday for the third and final day of competition at The Resort at Glade Springs.
